Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you visit MPIC Financial Services websites, submit an application, enroll in a program or use our onboarding, training, communication or support services. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you sign a separate agreement with MPIC, that signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when necessary. You may not impersonate another person or submit false professional, PTIN, EFIN, business or payment information.
Applications and acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into MPIC, access to software, a particular split, an ERO relationship or any other service. MPIC may review, approve, decline or request more information as permitted by law and the applicable program requirements.
Packages and services
Services are limited to the package, written proposal, checkout description or agreement selected by the customer. Features, timelines, training access and support may vary by package. Any additional work may require a separate fee or written agreement.
Payments
Prices and payment terms are shown before purchase or included in the applicable agreement. You are responsible for authorized charges, payment-plan obligations and accurate billing information. Any refund, cancellation or chargeback terms shown at checkout or in a signed agreement are part of these terms.
Tax-professional responsibilities
You remain responsible for maintaining any required PTIN, EFIN, licenses, credentials and software access; following IRS, state and local rules; protecting taxpayer information; completing due diligence; and reviewing work before filing or submitting anything. MPIC training and support do not replace official guidance, legal advice or your professional judgment.
No guaranteed results
MPIC does not guarantee income, number of clients, tax-return volume, approval of an applicant, refund amounts, refund timing or eligibility for a refund advance. Refund advances are offered by third-party financial institutions and are subject to eligibility, underwriting and program terms. Not all clients will qualify.
Training materials and intellectual property
Unless written permission says otherwise, MPIC content, training, branding, forms, videos, workflows and resources are for the enrolled user's authorized business use only. You may not resell, copy, publish, distribute or falsely claim ownership of MPIC materials.
Acceptable use
You may not use our website or services to break the law, misuse taxpayer information, interfere with systems, upload harmful code, violate another person's rights, send unlawful messages or attempt unauthorized access.
Communications
When you consent, MPIC may contact you by email or text regarding applications, onboarding, training, account updates and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance.
Third-party services
Our services may connect to payment processors, tax software, client portals, communication platforms or other third-party tools. MPIC is not responsible for a third party's availability, approval decisions, security practices or separate terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. MPIC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses caused by use of the website, third-party systems, user error, service interruptions or unauthorized misuse. Some laws may limit these exclusions.
Suspension or termination
MPIC may restrict or end access for nonpayment, misuse, false information, security risks, violation of these terms or violation of a signed agreement, subject to applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above will show when they were last revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
